Four MyFreeCams alternatives ranked from research on token prices, free access, refunds, privacy documents and each company's public record.
Ranked by Nathan Brooks · Guides editor
The Short Answer
Stripchat is the best MyFreeCams alternative overall, with reported tokens from about $0.08 each against MyFreeCams' roughly $0.10. Chaturbate and CamSoda are the closest free-to-watch swaps, and BongaCams publishes fixed per-minute show rates and a $3.99 entry pack.
MyFreeCams is a token-based live cam site operated by MFCXY, Inc. under Florida law and running since 2004. It scores 6.8/10 in our MyFreeCams review. Guests can view all models, and there are no paid memberships.
People look elsewhere for documented reasons: login-gated token prices of about $0.10 each, no store app found, and about 2 million user records offered for sale on a hacker forum in 2021.
This list is research-based. We compared pricing pages, terms, privacy policies, help centres and the public record, not hands-on use. Four cam sites made the cut.

How We Ranked These MyFreeCams Alternatives
This ranking is research-based. We read each site's published pricing pages, terms, privacy policy and help center, then checked independent reporting on breaches, lawsuits and regulator action. Everything was checked in October 2026.
Each platform was scored on the same criteria as our reviews: value per token, free access, billing and refund clarity, privacy handling, platform support and public record. Picks are ordered by their current review rating.
We did not rank on performer counts, traffic claims or audience mix, since none of the sites publishes figures we could verify. Where a figure came from a third-party cost guide rather than the operator, we label it as reported.
Because ratings come from the same scoring model, a higher rank means a better documented balance of price, clarity and record. It does not mean a site suits every viewer, so use the comparison table and the decision guide below alongside the order.
Why Look for a MyFreeCams Alternative?
MyFreeCams is a legitimate, long-running site, and its billing wiki documents refunds, processors and descriptors in detail. The main reasons to look elsewhere are narrower.
Token packs sit behind a login, with 200 tokens reported at $19.99, and the site states there are no coupons, sales or discounts. Private shows run at 60 tokens a minute. We found no store app, only a browser web app and mobile site.
On record, press reports in 2021 said about 2 million user records were offered for sale on a hacker forum. MyFreeCams said it related to a 2010 incident and reset passwords.
The site is also built around female performers, so viewers wanting a wider mix of categories may prefer a broader site.
None of this makes MyFreeCams a poor choice. It is simply a different trade-off: strong billing documentation and a no-subscription model, against higher reported token costs, hidden pack prices and a narrower performer mix.
The alternatives below each swap some of those strengths for lower prices or broader choice.
MyFreeCams Alternatives Compared: Price, Free Access and Platforms
| Site | Free access | Reported token cost | Platforms | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| MyFreeCams (for reference) | Guests view all models | About $0.10 | Web, mobile site | Clear refunds |
| Stripchat | Free public rooms | About $0.08-$0.11 | Web, installable web app | Larger site, lower tokens |
| Chaturbate | Free public rooms | About $0.08-$0.11 | Web, no official app | Free viewing, tipping |
| CamSoda | Free public rooms | From about $0.08 | Web, no app found | Published private rates |
| BongaCams | Free public rooms | About $0.05-$0.085 | Web, home-screen app | Fixed show rates |
Token costs are reported ranges from official help pages or third-party guides and change by pack size and region.
Operator and Record: What Each Company's Documents Show
Every cam site collects payment and behaviour data, so the documented record matters as much as price.
| Site | Operator (as published) | Documented record | Privacy stance |
|---|---|---|---|
| MyFreeCams | MFCXY, Inc., Florida | 2021 forum sale of about 2 million records | Says it does not sell or share data |
| Stripchat | Technius Ltd, Cyprus | 2021 exposure; EU DSA proceedings | States data is never sold |
| Chaturbate | Multi Media, LLC, California | Texas settlement 2024; Kansas suit 2025 | Age checks where required by law |
| CamSoda | Not named in terms | None found in searches | Microsoft Clarity outside the EEA and UK |
| BongaCams | Shown as an image only | None found in searches | Self-declared viewer age |
A clean search result is not a guarantee, and a past incident is not a verdict on today's security.
Billing and Refunds: What MyFreeCams Does Differently
MyFreeCams documents its refund process in unusual detail. Token refunds cover technical faults and unsatisfactory private shows, and money refunds are available within 30 days up to $1,000. New members who have used 200 tokens or fewer can get a full refund.
It also warns viewers not to contact their card issuer, because chargebacks lead to a blacklist. That is worth knowing if you are comparing how each site handles disputes.
Among the alternatives, Stripchat documents refunds for technical faults and unsatisfactory privates, but none of the four matches the MyFreeCams detail. CamSoda treats credits as final sale apart from duplicate or technical errors, and BongaCams states that no payment refund is possible.
Whichever site you pick, read the billing page before your first purchase and keep receipts. Billing descriptors, which show how a charge appears on a statement, are listed on the MyFreeCams wiki but were not found in the published documents of some alternatives.
Which MyFreeCams Alternative Should You Choose?
Want cheaper tokens: Stripchat or BongaCams both report equal or lower per-token costs than MyFreeCams.
Want visible prices before signing up: CamSoda publishes its full token table and BongaCams lists packs on its prices page.
Want free viewing with occasional tips: Chaturbate and CamSoda keep public rooms free and let you tip without a subscription.
Want the clearest refund rules: MyFreeCams itself is stronger here, and Stripchat is the closest of the alternatives. BongaCams says no payment refund is possible.
Want the lowest first purchase: BongaCams lists a $3.99 entry pack, while CamSoda starts at $6.99 and Stripchat at $4.99 in reported pricing.
Before you move, review or delete your MyFreeCams account under its privacy policy, and use a unique password on any new site. For wider options, see the free cam sites ranking.
Start with a small pack and keep auto-refill off, because tips are final on most sites.
Bottom Line
Stripchat is the strongest all-round replacement for MyFreeCams, mainly for a larger free-to-watch site with similar or lower reported token prices. Chaturbate and CamSoda are the safest free-to-watch swaps.
None of these is risk-free, and several have their own breach, lawsuit or regulatory history. MyFreeCams keeps the clearest refund process, so weigh that before leaving.
