XCams Review 2026: EU Operator, $15.99 Packs and a Small Pool

The user agreement says the site is published and hosted by DNX Network SARL, with a registered office at 42 Rue de Hollerich, Luxembourg, and a Luxembourg VAT number. The privacy policy names DNX Network S.à r.l. as data controller.

A listed group, DNXcorp, uses the same address and describes a webcam business, so XCams probably belongs to it. The site itself does not say so, so treat that as reported.

No LiveJasmin Link Found

An earlier version of this page said XCams shares a parent with LiveJasmin. LiveJasmin's own terms name JWS Americas and JWS International, also Luxembourg companies, and no public source ties XCams to them. The claim is removed.

Who It Suits

The site is built for people who want to pay by the minute rather than tip in tokens. The navigation offers girls, couples, and trans categories, with free-chat and private-chat filters.

The sign-up page lists four packs for new visitors: 78 credits for $15.99 (including 25 free), 159 for $32.99, 320 for $64.99 and 639 for $129.99. That works out to about $0.20 to $0.21 a credit. A separate 25-credit trial pack is offered for $1.

These were US-facing dollar prices when checked, and euro prices for EU visitors may differ. Bonus credits depend on the offer shown at the time.

Per-Minute Rates

The home page groups performers by rate: 5, 7, 10 and 15 credits a minute, with 122, 41, 68 and 1 performers in each band when checked. At about $0.205 a credit, that is roughly $1.00 to $3.10 a minute.

Worked Examples (Est.)

• 10 minutes at 5 credits a minute uses 50 credits, about $10 (est.).
• 15 minutes at 7 credits a minute uses 105 credits, about $21.50 (est.).
• 10 minutes at 15 credits a minute uses 150 credits, about $31 (est.).

Rates for VIP shows and tips were not published on pages that could be read, so they are not priced here.

The help center says there are four types of chat: free chat, private chat, VIP chat and voyeur. Detailed article text for each was not readable, so only the list is confirmed.

The home page showed about 110 performers in free chat and about 125 in private chat among roughly 240 online. Registration is free, and the sign-up page also offers guest access with no email or account.

Guests who later create an account can claim promotions and credits, and the help center has an article on recovering a guest account with credits.

Older write-ups described strength in French, Italian and Spanish markets. The language filter on the home page told a different story when checked.

Native speakers listed were Spanish 50, Romanian 19, English 16, Russian 16, Ukrainian 14 and French 6, with Italian at 1. The help center itself is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch.

A single snapshot can change by the hour, so read these as a dated sample, not a market share.

The user agreement says credits are digital content and packs are not refundable once consumption has begun. DNX Network says it will refund only individual credits, and only for a technical fault it is responsible for.

Two billing rules deserve attention. An optional auto pack renews your last purchase when you use a performer, and can be switched off in the account settings.

If no credits are added for three months, the agreement charges 10 credits a month from the fourth month until the balance reaches zero. Credits are valid only on DNX Network services.

The help center says charges to DNXnetwork SARL can be looked up on a payment-reference site, but the exact card descriptor was not stated.

The user agreement requires users to be at least 18, or older where local law says so. On entry, the site asks visitors to confirm they are 18 or over, and nothing read describes an ID check for viewers.

That matters in countries with mandatory age assurance. How the site handles UK or French rules was not verified, so check current requirements where you live.

Privacy Policy

The privacy policy cites GDPR and Luxembourg law. It says the company does not sell or rent personal data, stores no full card numbers, and uses tokenised payment providers. It lists analytics, support and advertising partners, and some transfers outside the EEA under safeguards.

Erasure requests are supported through a delete-account feature or by contacting the company, subject to legal retention. Chat records may be kept to resolve disputes. No two-factor option was documented.

Performers and Record

The model site says performers upload a valid government ID, approved typically within 24 hours, and lists up to 60% commission starting at 45%. The user agreement carries a 2257 statement naming DNX Network as record custodian.

The site also publishes a responsible-spending page. No breach, regulator fine or lawsuit tied to XCams turned up in searches on 8 October 2026.

Public feedback is thin. Trustpilot shows a 3.4 out of 5 score from just 3 reviews, none in the last 12 months, with complaints about billing and an unanswered VIP complaint.

Three reviews is far too few to judge service quality. No app-store listing was found, so there are no store ratings to cite.

This review rests on documents checked in October 2026: the user agreement, privacy policy, sign-up and pricing page, home page listings, help center, responsible-spending page, the model site and a Trustpilot page.

No account was created, no credits were bought and the service was not used in any way.

Because of that, quality sub-scores rest on documented features and third-party data, so confidence is lower than for a tested service. Prices were read on a US-facing page and may vary by country.

For a larger credit-based site with per-second billing, see LiveJasmin. For free-to-watch token rooms, see Stripchat or Chaturbate, and for rates set by each performer, Streamate.

More options are in LiveJasmin alternatives and free cam sites.
