Jerkmate Review 2026: Streamate Underneath, Per-Minute Privates and No Refunds

Jerkmate presents itself as its own brand, but the performers come from Streamate. Its terms say only "verified Streamate Models performers" may upload content, and its Streamate landing page promotes "35K Streamate cam models".

The privacy policy names Sellitize Ltd as the operator and data controller. The terms do not name an operator, and they are governed by "the laws of the Republic of Cyprus".

Billing, support and record-keeping sit with the Streamate side. The linked terms state that records are held by ICF Technology, Inc. (a Nevada corporation), and the support page uses the ICF name in its statement descriptors.

Some industry sources link the brand to a Quebec marketing company. The site documents checked here do not confirm that, so it is treated as unverified.

You can compare the underlying network in our Streamate review.

Joining is free, and the site says "Membership is free, forever". It also asks you to add a card, and the terms describe a one-time authorization of about $2 that expires in 7 to 14 days.

Paid chat is billed per minute at "the posted rate", which is "solely at the discretion and control of the performer". Card users are charged "$2.00 USD or an amount equal to the first full minute, whichever is greater" on entering a pay area.

Gold is a separate tip currency. The terms say "One GOLD is equal to $1.00 USD", billed together with streaming charges, and that using it is voluntary.

Third-party roundups quote anything from about $2 to $10 a minute for privates. They contradict each other, so none of those figures are used here.

The help pages describe three paid formats. A private chat is a paid session in which the performer focuses on you, but the FAQ adds that "other members can join and watch the show".

A Gold Show is a group format. Several members chip in towards a Gold goal set by the performer, with a minimum buy-in, a countdown and a set length.

An exclusive chat and Cam2Cam are also listed in the FAQ. The old version of this review called Gold Shows "fully exclusive", which the FAQ does not support.

The matching quiz is simply the site's onboarding. The FAQ and landing pages do not describe it as AI, so treat it as a filter on the Streamate roster.

The terms also state that some streams may be labelled "AI Enhanced", where tools alter a performer's appearance, voice or background.

Chaturbate, Stripchat and LiveJasmin: how each cam site charges" width="1000" height="332" loading="lazy" style="width:100%;height:auto">

The terms state "All sales are final. We have a 'no refunds' policy". Credits for technical problems are possible only "in extraordinary circumstances" and at the operator's discretion.

A daily limit applies as a rolling 12-hour cap on charges, set "in our sole discretion". The terms say you can ask support to raise it.

Charges may be accumulated and submitted as one or more aggregate charges. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of appearing on a statement.

Premium memberships can be cancelled from the account area, and access then runs to the end of the 30-day period. Closing an account is done by email to the support team with the log-in name and last four card digits.

The terms require users to be at least 18, or the local age of majority if higher. Performers pass ID checks that include government photo ID validation by a third-party vendor, with human review before blocking content.

In June 2025 Ofcom listed Jerkmate and Streamate among services that agreed to use highly effective age checks for UK users by 25 July 2025. No Jerkmate-specific breach, regulator fine or lawsuit turned up in this research.

The privacy policy lists name, address, email and phone, device identifiers, IP addresses and cookies. It says account and transaction data is kept while the account is active and for up to 7 years afterwards.

It offers a right to erasure by email, uses standard contractual clauses for international transfers, and says cookies need consent where required. Billing descriptors are documented, so statements are not branded Jerkmate.

A separate court record concerns the Streamate network: in May 2026 a New Jersey federal court found performers there to be employees under state law. It does not name Jerkmate.

This review is based on documents checked in October 2026: the Jerkmate terms, privacy policy, FAQ and Streamate landing page, the linked Streamate terms and support page, and Ofcom's June 2025 announcement.

No account was created, no subscription or Gold was bought and the service was not used. Prices come only from the operator's terms, and anything unpublished is marked as such.

Quality sub-scores therefore rest on documented features and third-party material, so confidence is lower than for a service used first-hand.

Because the roster is Streamate's, the nearest comparison is Streamate itself. Prices and refund terms follow the same family of rules, so the difference is mostly packaging.

• Streamate - the same network with the original storefront.
• Chaturbate - token-based with more free tipping rooms.
• Stripchat - free-to-watch tokens with private rates set per model.
• LiveJasmin - premium credit-based pay-per-minute site.
