SkyPrivate Review 2026: Per-Minute Shows, Narrow Refunds and Life After Skype

SkyPrivate began as a billing layer on top of Skype calls. Microsoft ended Skype on 5 May 2025, as Michigan Public reported at the time.

The operator did not close. A July 2025 post titled "Introducing SkyPrivate 2.0" says the service moves "from cams on Skype to a cams hub on Telegram and other social apps".

Pay-per-minute shows were already live on Teams and Discord, with Telegram pay-per-minute added later in July 2025.

In May 2026 the models' blog announced SkyPrivate Chat (SP Chat), an in-platform chat and video app in early access. A help article describes installing it as a home-screen web app on phones.

The home page title tag still reads "Pay Per Minute for Skype" in places, which is a leftover. Any guide telling you to link a Skype account is obsolete.

SkyPrivate describes itself as a technology layer, not a video host. Its terms say performances "take place outside the Platform, via third-party instant messenger apps".

1. Create a free member account, using email or a Google or Teams sign-in.
2. Add funds in the Payments section, then pick an online model's public profile.
3. Click "Open Chat App", agree the show with the model, and the call starts on the chosen app.
4. For pay-per-minute shows, billing starts automatically once the call is accepted.

On Telegram, the help center says the model calls you inside a private group, and charging starts when you join. Prepaid shows, where you pay in advance, are a separate option.

The profiles page filters by app (Teams, Discord, Telegram, SP Chat), price per minute, language and categories including BDSM/Fetish.

There is no subscription. You top up a balance with any amount from $14 to $600, according to the help center, and each model sets a per-minute rate. The profile search slider runs from $1 to $14 per minute (checked 8 Oct 2026).

The billing rules matter more than the headline rate. The first minute is charged the moment the call starts, then every 60 seconds. Duration is rounded up to the next full minute.

These rows follow the help center's own worked examples. VIP Silver, Gold and Platinum members are charged after 59 seconds instead of immediately.

Billing depends on the country where the account was created, according to the terms. They also reserve the right to round payments.

The refund policy is narrow. Complaints must reach support within 72 hours, and later ones are accepted "only in cases of force majeure".

If you prepay or tip and the model does not deliver, the policy says the payment returns to your SkyPrivate balance.

Refunds to the card are allowed only if the account is permanently cancelled, only for whole purchased packages, and not for transactions older than 2 months.

Credits are refunded only where they are lost through a SkyPrivate fault, or where a model in the "Nude Only" area explicitly refuses to provide erotic content. If some content was provided, the company decides at its discretion.

The terms also say a complaint resolution becomes final unless you reply within another 72 hours. The policy adds that repeated refund requests can lead to account suspension.

Because calls run on third-party apps, your identity on that app is what the model sees. Teams uses a Microsoft account, Discord a username and Telegram a handle, with Telegram privacy settings covered in a dedicated help article.

A Trustpilot reviewer in April 2026 complained that Teams accounts are often in a real name and that models steer people to Teams over Telegram. That is one reviewer's claim, not a finding.

SP Chat avoids external accounts, and its blog says it is "built right into SkyPrivate" with verified members only.

On payments, the site says checkout is private and accepts card or crypto. The terms list a card descriptor beginning "UG*Payflow".

The privacy policy says it does not sell or rent personal data for third-party marketing without consent. Closing an account is by support request, and the policy lets the company keep data to collect fees, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. No retention period is stated.

The terms name three companies. Payflow Commercial Services EDPK is a Bulgarian company acting as commercial agent, Matchub LLC is the platform owner, and BSmart Online Processes LLC owns the SkyPrivate name.

Bulgarian law governs disputes. The site's footer lists Payflow at 37 Georgi Benkovski Street, Sofia.

The footer links 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping, anti-money-laundering, anti-slavery and GDPR pages and shows an ASACP badge. The age gate for visitors is a self-declaration. The home page says all models have verified their identity.

Trustpilot shows 2.4 out of 5 from 16 reviews on 8 Oct 2026, a small sample. Complaints include model no-shows, poor call quality on prepaid shows, scam activity affecting models and slow identity checks for performers.

One reviewer says the platform takes 50% of what members pay, which contradicts the company's own payout claim.

No regulator action, breach or court case turned up in the searches done for this review.

SkyPrivate says models receive "up to 90%", with a minimum of 70%, plus up to 90% for lifetime referrals. These figures are self-reported by the company.

The home page also says payouts are weekly or faster, thresholds are low, and payouts can be taken in Bitcoin or by traditional methods.

Its comparison table lists LiveJasmin at 50-70%, Chaturbate at 50-60% and Stripchat at 50-65%, which is the company's own marketing, not independent data.

The terms say the marketplace is for providers operating through a legal entity responsible for VAT, and it is not available to natural persons as freelancers. Check that rule and the model contract before applying.
