Cherry.tv Review 2026: Gamified Tokens and an Unconfirmed 2025 Closure

This is the question to settle first. On 24 and 26 November 2025, Trustpilot reviewers wrote that the platform was closing down and that some staff had been made redundant. One said a statement had been sent to models and users but not to affiliates.

Another called the platform "rather dead than alive" and reported channels that would not load.

Against that, the domain still answers on 8 Oct 2026, but only with a Cloudflare bot-check page, so we could not read the live site. DatingScout's page, labelled "October 2026", says its member data was last updated in September 2025.

We found no official shutdown notice, no press coverage and no company statement. The closure is therefore reported by users, not confirmed. Treat any token balance as at risk until the operator says otherwise.

Watching public rooms is described as free. Spending runs through tokens, which the site calls Cherry Bucks. The official pricing page could not be read, so the pack prices below come from a third-party review and are reported, not confirmed.

Per-token figures are our arithmetic from those prices. For comparison, Chaturbate tokens cost roughly 8 to 11 cents, so Cherry.tv sits in the same band.

A VIP tier called Club Cherry is described as adding animated gifts, private messaging and moderator eligibility. Its price is reported around $17.99 a month by one source; a second aggregator suggests $14.99. Neither is confirmed.

Private, group and spy shows are described as token-priced per minute. We found no published rate card, and rates appear to be set by each performer, so a per-minute cost cannot be stated.

On the performer side, a 2023 CammingWiki summary says a token is worth 4.5 to 5.75 cents to a model, depending on level. It adds that bonus tokens from large packs are paid out to the model in full.

The earlier version of this review cited an "80% revenue share". No source we could reach supports that figure, so it has been removed.

An affiliate directory lists a revenue-share affiliate programme, and affiliates later complained of non-payment (see the record section below).

Cherry.tv's pitch is turning viewing into progress. Sources describe a Champions list showing each model's ten biggest tippers, loyalty and contributor badges, rankings by tips and engagement, and seasonal events with contests.

Tip goals ("Turn Me On") let viewers pool tokens toward a performer's target. Gifts, some animated, are bought with Cherry Bucks and affect a model's ranking.

We found no source describing "quests" as a named feature, so we do not claim one. The gamification is a layer over normal tipping, and it also encourages spending, so it is worth knowing before you start climbing a leaderboard.

Trustpilot rates Cherry.tv 2.6 out of 5 ("Poor") as of 8 Oct 2026; we did not capture the review count.

• Several 2025 reviewers say they were banned soon after buying tokens and that support did not answer repeated emails.
• One reviewer reported a promised 10% first-purchase token bonus that never arrived.
• Affiliates reported unpaid commissions in November 2025.
• Other reviewers praise the models and support, so sentiment is mixed.

These are unverified user accounts, not findings. The company has replied publicly to some reviews. We found no regulator action, court case or data breach in searches on 8 Oct 2026.

The site's terms, privacy policy and 2257 statement could not be read because of the bot check. We therefore cannot state how viewer age is verified or what data is retained.

A third-party summary lists cards, Paxum, Skrill, crypto and bank transfer as payment systems; this is a 2023 listing and may be outdated for viewers. Billing descriptor and cancellation terms are not documented in any source we reached.

Older profiles describe Cherry.tv as a "crypto-rewarded" platform with a CHRY token. We could not confirm that this still exists, so we treat it as unverified.

Check the terms yourself before paying, especially the refund and account-deletion clauses.

This review rests on desk research in October 2026. We checked the cherry.tv domain (blocked to automated requests), the US trademark register, Trustpilot, three third-party cam-site reviews and an affiliate directory.

No account was created, no subscription or tokens were bought, and the site was not used. Sub-scores therefore rest on documented features and third-party consensus, which is lower-confidence evidence.

Because the official terms and pricing could not be read, prices and policies are labelled reported or unverified throughout.
