DMCA Takedown Policy

FetishAura respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and referenced platforms to do the same. This page describes how to submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent copyright law in your jurisdiction.

What we do and do not host

FetishAura is an editorial review site. We do not host adult images, videos, or creator content. If you believe content hosted on a third-party platform (OnlyFans, Fansly, Chaturbate, etc.) has been shared without your permission, please contact that platform directly — each has its own takedown process.

If editorial content on https://fetishaura.com itself (screenshots, review text, embedded references) infringes your copyright, follow the process below.

How to submit a takedown notice

Send a written notice to hello@fetishaura.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include all of the following:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, with enough detail to identify it.
  3. The exact URL(s) on https://fetishaura.com where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Response time

We review every complete DMCA notice within 48 business hours. If your notice is valid and complete, we will remove or disable access to the material and notify you of the action taken.

Counter-notices

If material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with (1) your identification of the removed material, (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, (3) your name, address, and telephone number, and (4) a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.

Repeat infringers

We terminate any contributor or partner found to be a repeat infringer.
