Feeld Review 2026: Free Messaging, $29.99 Majestic, and Inclusive Profiles

What the free tier covers, why the annual plan undercuts the $29.99 monthly price, and the 2024 flaws Feeld says are fixed.

Quick Verdict

Very Good

Feeld is a credible choice for couples, non-monogamous daters and kink-curious adults who want an inclusive profile system, with 20-plus gender and sexuality options and paired couple profiles.

The free tier lets you message connections, but the daily like limit and the Majestic paywall are real, and the US App Store price of $29.99 per 30 days is steep next to the $149.99 annual plan.

The record includes security flaws that Fortbridge reported in 2024, which Feeld says were fixed by 28 May 2024 with no evidence of a breach.

This review rests on documents and third-party data rather than use of the app, so treat the 7.4/10 as a research-based score.

Feeld is a dating app for open-minded adults, including couples, ethically non-monogamous people and the kink-curious. It is made by Feeld Ltd and runs on iOS and Android, with 20-plus gender and 20-plus sexuality options listed in its App Store entry.

The app is free to download and use, with a daily like limit. Majestic is its only paid plan, and prices vary by country. This Feeld review rests on official pages, store listings and press reports, not on use of the app.

The decisive caveat: Majestic is expensive on a monthly basis, and Fortbridge's 2024 findings are part of the privacy record.

What Feeld Is and Who It Suits

Feeld started in 2014 as a threesome-finding app called 3nder. It was renamed Feeld in 2016 after a trademark dispute, according to press and encyclopedia accounts.

Today the App Store entry describes a dating app for the curious, with more than 20 gender identities and 20-plus sexualities to pick from. Feeld's FAQ says you can join as a couple or solo, and mentions paired profiles for couples.

It is not a hookup grid or a kink-event network. If you want a map or grid of nearby people, look at Grindr or Sniffies. If you want kink education and local events, FetLife is a different kind of service.

What Feeld Really Costs

Feeld says Majestic is its one and only paid membership. Its pages say it is sold as a monthly or annual subscription with pricing that varies by location, and that the money helps keep the app ad-free for everyone.

The US App Store lists Majestic at $29.99 for 30 days, $49.99 for 90 days and $149.99 for one year. The annual plan works out to about $12.50 a month, and the 90-day plan to about $16.66 a month (est.).

Two one-off purchases sit alongside it. A single Ping costs $2.99, with packs of 5, 10 and 20 at $13.49, $20.99 and $34.99, and Uplift costs $9.99.

What Majestic Unlocks

Feeld's help center lists unlimited likes, seeing who likes you, Incognito, Last Seen, a seven-day history, a private photo gallery for connections, one free Ping a day, filtering by desires and recent activity, and undoing a dislike.

Free members can still connect, explore profiles and message, and the developer has replied to App Store reviewers that connections can message on the free version.

Feeld pricing: free tier at $0; Majestic $29.99 per 30 days, $49.99 per 90 days, $149.99 per year in the US App Store

Prices are from the store listing on 7 Oct 2026 and vary by country. A couple that wants both partners on Majestic should check whether one membership covers a paired profile, because the pages checked do not say.

Privacy, Verification and the Security Record

Feeld's trust-and-safety page lists profile verification, screenshot prevention, automatic nudity blur and a 24/7 safety team. In the UK and Australia it requires an age check by live selfie estimate or mobile-operator check, and verification records are deleted by the partner.

The App Store privacy summary lists precise location, contacts, photos and purchase history as collected data, some of it usable for advertising and analytics. Incognito and a private gallery are Majestic features.

Feeld's FAQ mentions two-factor login data, but no setup page was found, so its availability is unverified.

2024 Vulnerabilities

Security firm Fortbridge reported flaws in March 2024. Its September 2024 write-up, covered by The Register, said other users' private messages and disappearing media could be read and profiles edited.

Feeld's statement says fixes were deployed and resolved by 28 May 2024, and that it has no evidence a breach took place.

A December 2023 app relaunch was also reported to cause outages and a brief public location display. That comes from encyclopedia-level sources and was not confirmed on a primary page.

Inactive accounts are paused after 90 days and terminated after 365 days, with data deleted 90 days after termination, per the FAQ.

Feeld pros and cons: couple profiles and wide identity options against high Majestic prices, a 2024 security flaw record and a mobile-only service

Feeld Against Nearby Alternatives

Feeld is a profile-and-match app. Grindr is a location grid aimed at LGBTQ users, and Sniffies is a map-based meetup service. FetLife is a kink social network with events and groups.

How This Review Was Researched

This review was researched in October 2026 from Feeld's help center, trust-and-safety page, FAQ and Majestic pages, the Apple App Store listing and the Google Play entry, plus press and security-researcher coverage.

No account was created, no subscription was purchased and the app was not used. Quality sub-scores therefore rest on documented features and third-party feedback, which gives them lower confidence than first-hand testing would.

Prices are the US App Store figures checked on 7 Oct 2026 and carried over. Prices and policies can change.
