Is It Legit? Checker

Look up any adult AI platform we have researched and get an instant trust verdict, a safety score, the real pros and cons, and safer alternatives — all from our own reviews, not the company’s marketing.

Popular checks

We have reviewed 72 platforms. Verdicts come from our research-based reviews — not the company's own claims.

In short

The Is It Legit? Checker gives you a plain-English trust verdict for any adult AI platform we have reviewed — from "Legit — top pick" to "Not recommended" or "Discontinued" — plus a 0–10 safety score, the real pros and cons, and safer alternatives. Every verdict comes from our own research-based review, not the company’s claims.

How to use the Is It Legit? Checker

  1. 1Search the platform. Type the name of the adult AI app or site you are checking into the search box, or tap one of the popular checks.
  2. 2Read the verdict. See its trust verdict, overall score and safety score, drawn from our research-based review.
  3. 3Weigh the pros and cons. Scan what checks out and what to watch for, so you know the real trade-offs before you pay.
  4. 4Compare safer alternatives. If the verdict is weak, follow the suggested alternatives to stronger options we rate higher in the same category.

How the Is It Legit? Checker works

The checker is a shortcut into our review library. For every platform we review, we publish a full research-based review and record a 0–10 overall score plus five sub-scores — features, pricing, usability, safety and content.

The checker surfaces the two numbers that matter most for a trust decision (the overall score and the safety score), turns the overall score into a plain-English trust verdict, and pulls the top pros and cons straight from the review.

The trust verdict bands are deliberately blunt:

VerdictScoreWhat it means
Legit — top pick8.5+Among the strongest, most trustworthy platforms in its category.
Legit7.5–8.4A real, working platform we are comfortable recommending.
Legit, with caveats6.5–7.4Genuine and usable, but with trade-offs worth knowing first.
Mixed — use with caution5.0–6.4Real, but with documented concerns (pricing, privacy or reliability).
Not recommendedBelow 5.0Serious documented problems — we would steer most people elsewhere.
Discontinued / avoid—The product appears offline or abandoned; a lookalike may be exploiting the name.

"Legit" here means two separate things, and it is worth keeping them apart. First, is the platform real and functional — does it exist, work, and deliver what it advertises, rather than being a scam, a dead domain or a brand-squatting clone?

Second, is it trustworthy enough to hand your money and intimate data to? A platform can be entirely real and still score low because its pricing is deceptive or its privacy practices are poor.

The verdict blends both, and the safety score isolates the data-and-trust half so you can weigh it on its own.

What makes an adult AI platform "legit"?

Across every platform we have reviewed, the trustworthy ones share a recognisable set of green flags, and the sketchy ones share a recognisable set of red flags. You can run this checklist yourself on any site the checker does not yet cover.

Green flags — signs a platform is legit:

  • A named, traceable operator. Real terms and a privacy policy that name an actual company and jurisdiction, ideally matching across pages. Anonymous operators and template legal docs with placeholder jurisdictions are a warning sign.
  • Transparent, stable pricing. Clear plans with the renewal price shown before you pay — not a permanent "-75% off" countdown that hides a much higher regular rate.
  • Honest marketing. Claims that match the fine print. A homepage promising "end-to-end encryption, not even us can read your chats" while the privacy policy says it trains models on your messages is a real integrity problem.
  • A documented content policy. Explicit bans on minors, non-consensual content and real-person deepfakes, with a way to report violations.
  • A clean security record. No history of leaking user data, and sensible basics like HTTPS, a stated retention policy and account deletion.
  • Working cancellation. You can stop a subscription without emailing support and hoping, and the billing descriptor is disclosed.

Red flags — signs to slow down:

  • A domain that does not resolve, throws certificate errors, or was registered days ago — or a site using a known brand name with a different design and "no limits" marketing (a classic brand-squat).
  • Pricing you cannot pin down: rotating promos, a cheap headline that is really a long prepay, or "unlimited" that quietly means text-only while images and voice cost extra credits.
  • Data shared with third-party advertisers, chats used to train models, no two-factor login, and vague or template privacy policies.
  • A documented breach, regulator action, or credible reporting of harmful outputs.
  • Reviews that are all auto-generated directory spam saying the same thing — with no independent, dated assessment anywhere.

None of these alone proves a platform is a scam. Together, they are how you tell a trustworthy service from one that will charge an unknown entity to your card and mishandle your most sensitive data.

How we research and score (so you can trust the verdict)

A trust tool is only as good as the research behind it, so here is exactly where the verdicts come from.

For every platform, we work from the operator’s own terms, privacy and pricing pages and app-store listings alongside the independent record — and we check the facts before we publish.

We correct the record when a company’s marketing is wrong: we have flagged misleading "end-to-end encryption" claims, caught rebrands that older reviews missed, and refused to repeat other apps’ data breaches wrongly attributed to a platform.

We do not take payment for rankings, and disabling or enabling an affiliate link never changes a score.

When documented facts warrant it, we mark scores down hard — including dropping a platform below "recommended" for a serious data breach or self-harm concerns — and we say so plainly in the review.

The safety score specifically reflects encryption and security posture, data-sharing and training practices, age verification, breach history and content safeguards. The full methodology lives on our About page.

Because the checker reads live from our review library, the verdicts update whenever we re-check a platform or facts change — a renewal-price hike, a new breach, a rebrand or a shutdown.

If a platform you care about is not listed yet, it simply means we have not published a research-based review of it, not that it passed or failed.

Limits of the checker

Two honest caveats. First, the checker only covers platforms we have researched, so its coverage grows as our review library does; a missing platform is a gap, not a verdict.

Second, "legit" is a point-in-time judgement. Adult AI moves fast — prices change, apps get pulled from app stores, domains lapse and companies rebrand — so a strong verdict today is not a permanent guarantee.

Always confirm the current price and the renewal terms on the official site before you pay, and treat any site you reach through an ad or an unfamiliar link with extra caution.

If you are weighing a platform we have not covered, run the green-flag and red-flag checklist above, read the live terms and privacy policy, and check whether any independent, dated review exists.

When in doubt, pick something from our reviewed list rather than gambling on an unknown operator.

Frequently Asked Questions

We base every verdict on a research-based review: we read the operator’s own terms, privacy and pricing pages, check independent reporting, and verify the facts before publishing. "Legit" means the platform is real and functional and trustworthy enough for your money and data.

A platform can be real but still score low for deceptive pricing or poor privacy — the verdict and the separate safety score capture both.
